Both New Beginnings and Accelerated Month-To-Month plans are 6-month term plans, but can be canceled at any time without penalty or cancellation fee. At the end of the 6 months, you must renew and sign a new agreement to continue another 6 months of credit repair services.
When negative items are removed, we will continue to dispute the next set. For example, if you have a total of 15 negative accounts and we removed 3 out of the 5 targets in New Beginnings, we would continue with another 3 negative accounts not yet disputed. We will continue this until the term has expired or all targeted negative accounts are removed.
Continuation with another 6 months is optional and never mandatory. In addition, you will only pay for services rendered at the end of your 30-day cycle. You will never be asked to pay for any credit repair service in advance.
Neither plan includes the disputing of Hard Inquiries or Bankruptcies. You may add on either of those services to your negative account disputing plan or even skip the negative account disputing completely by signing up for just the Hard Inquiry plan and/or the Bankruptcy plan individually.You submitted your CMS login when you first signed up for credit repair.
